STRATEGY CONSULTING We collaborate with school, district, and non-profit leaders to develop and manage strategies that deliver results by clarifying their mission and align resources to fund, implement, and evaluate their intended outcomes. For each organization, we seek to identify the biggest challenges and opportunities and structure the work to respond.
PHILANTHROPY ADVISING We help philanthropic organizations define and develop their grantmaking approach as well as provide ongoing management and advising in the implementation of initiatives both long- and short- term. We help identify and support the most important initiatives and grantees that will create social impact and the changes they want to see in the community and in the world.
FACILITATING SCHOOL CHANGE We provide a key set of services to support school change for the 21st century using a School Change Management System developed as part of the Deeper Learning Planning Guide. Services range from keynotes, workshops, and fully customizable online and in-person coaching services for districts and schools.
MEETING DESIGN & FACILITATION We collaborate with education professionals to develop the most efficient, scalable, and impactful meetings and professional development for their organization. We help identify best practices and then establish them as norms within organizations with a measurable delivery strategy.
